And the Meaning, may His power be glorified, was silent from speech; exalted is He Who is not contained by voices and to Whom languages are not obscured. This is according to the narration of all the Monotheists [Al-Muwahhidah]. As for the dark world from the people of the Outer [Al-Zahir], they saw that Lord Muhammad, may His glory be magnified, said on this day—after taking the arm of the Commander of the Faithful, may His glory be magnified, and establishing Him as a banner for the people—and said: "Whomsoever I am his master, Ali is his master. O Allah, befriend whoever befriends Him, and be the enemy of whoever is His enemy; and support whoever supports Him, and forsake whoever forsakes Him, and turn the truth with Him wherever He turns." And there is no dispute among those of intellect that hearing the speech of the Lord is like looking at Him, just as everyone looks at Him according to their capacity, the strength of their disposition, and their ability.

And likewise they hear His speech, and that follows the same course in the speech of the most sublime Lord, His Name and His Veil, invented from the light of His Essence, and He delegated to him the matter of His creation in His earth and His heavens.
