The Messenger Declares the Essential Meaning of Ali
The Greatest Lord and the Most Sublime and Noble Veil [Al-Hijab] has declared the Essential Meaning of his Lord, the Commander of the Bees, may His glory be magnified, on the Day of Ghadir, and that which indicated that He is the High, the Great. Among that is his saying, announcing and making [it] heard to the inhabitants of the heavens and the earth from all the luminous and human worlds: "This is your God, so worship Him; and this is your Lord, so profess His Oneness; and this is the one to whom I alluded in a Book and directed you by my word towards Him, and I said to you: Indeed, He is the First and the Last, the Manifest and the Hidden, and He is Knowing of all things, by way of allusion; and this is [He] by way of declaration. And He to whom I was calling you, here He is manifest among you, so worship Him with the truth of His worship, and profess His Oneness, being sincere in His Oneness." And the Lord, the Name [Al-Ism], may His glory be magnified, was on this day calling the world to his Lord and pointing to the Eternity of His Meaning.
