[3] And by the consensus among all the people of the Shi'a, the Master Muhammad—mighty is his might—said during his illness in which he was taken and manifested the Occultation (al-Ghayba) to our Master, the Commander of the Faithful—mighty is his might, exalted is His power, and sanctified are His names and His will—while the group was listening, both the scholar and the ignorant: "O Aba al-Hasan, indeed my soul overflows into the hand of my Lord; so when I have fulfilled my passing, prepare me and leave me facing the Kaaba, for the first to pray over me is my Lord and His angels.

" So when our Master, the Master, the Name—mighty is his might—manifested the Occultation, his soul overflowed into the hand of our Master, the Commander of the Faithful—mighty is his might—white and pure like fresh milk; then he cast it into the air toward the heaven, then returned it to his mouth and recited: {O reassured soul, return to your Lord, well-pleased and pleasing [to Him], and enter among My servants, and enter My Paradise} 1 . And he prepared him, prayed over him, and escorted him, while the rest of the people were in the Saqifa of Bani Sa'ida.
