And the explicit declarations contained therein,

Regarding the explanation of what was revealed concerning the Messiah?

When the word was fulfilled regarding the "Likeness" (al-Shabahiya).

Woe to you! After the station of the Guide (Muhammad),

On the Day of Ghadir, standing and proclaiming,

Speaking explicitly to the servants [of Allah]:

"This Ali is the King, the Generous!"

Yet you called the one who recognizes Him an "Extremist" (Ghalū).

But how can a Gnostic servant "exceed limits" regarding Him,

When he is unifying his Lord and harmonizing [with the Truth]?

He bears witness to the Name [Muhammad] and remains standing

At the Gate [Salman] until he recognizes the [spiritual] stations,

And becomes, in the school of thought, a Silsilī (a follower of the Chain).
