He said: 'Among his virtues over those below him is that he knows what is behind the wall (the hidden/unseen), and he knows the believer from the disbeliever, and the righteous from the wicked.'

I smiled. He asked me: 'Do you smile?' I replied: 'How could I not smile when you testify that the eldest of the Sheikh’s sons and the first among them in hearing [the doctrine]—Rastibash al-Daylami—is in the Fire, despite your knowledge that his Sheikh [al-Khasibi] knows the believer from the disbeliever and recognizes the righteous from the wicked? All of this he knows by looking with the Light of Allah.

If you are certain of this, then why would our Sheikh [al-Khasibi] impart [the secret of] Monotheism to Rastibash al-Daylami if he knew he was of the people of the Fire? And the 'Fire' here—as I intended and indicated—is Metempsychosis (al-Masukhiyya). We, and the entire sect that affirms Monotheism, say: Any man who imparts the Monotheism of Allah and His Gnosis to one whose disbelief is established and certain is a 'Prodigal' (Mubadhir), and the Prodigal is a Satan.

We testify to the purity (Safa) of our Sheikh.
