Leading to his words therein:

I said: Our Master is the 'Prince of the Bees' (Ali), who

Was Ancient and Eternal before the beginning of Time.

He manifested a Humanity (Nasut) to familiarize mankind [with Him];

He manifested it in the likeness of [His creation] when He appeared.

He stood among them, preaching in His own Essence,

In a visible form—yet not like other forms.

He said: 'I am the One who raised its heavens,

The Leveler of its earth, and the Planter of the trees.'

'The seven seas—from Me is their existence;

I am the Originator of the rain, and the One who disgraces the disbelievers.'

'I am the Bringer-back of creation and their Originator; I am the One who withdraws My Self and then returns.'

'I firmly set the mountains and decreed for them

Their sustenance therein—so ask for news of this [from the aware].'
