It came from al-Khasibi in his treatise,

And its mention has traveled among the People of Truth.

Blessed is the birth of the one whose inner-secret is pure, Who professes a faith of submission and affirmation.

O Unique, O Eternal! He who knows Him has triumphed; Increase me in certainty, steadfastness, and manifestation.

I have known Your Fire, while the inverted one is ignorant of it;

He who does not know the Fire is not safe from the Fire.

An 'Elect' (Mujtaba) does not fear a conflagration from You; A righteous one who has realized the meaning of the Fire and the Abode.

Thirst has diminished in a land whose spring was hidden,

So the difficult life was exchanged for the bitterness of the void.

They are the few in number—You cycle them [through rebirth];

They are the greatest in rank and in significance.
