And here they are, exactly as they were! Not a single thing is hidden from me; I do not see anything in them now that I did not see at that time.

[Back then], I had left that place trembling and terrified, saying to myself: 'Allah has compensated me for my lost beast with something better and a million times greater.' I thought: 'I will go and bring camels to load them with enough of this gold and jewels to enrich myself, my children, my grandchildren, my family, and my entire tribe.' While I was contemplating this provision Allah had granted me, the door through which I had entered suddenly vanished from my sight—and here is that very door now! I became certain I was doomed to perish. As I stood there in bewilderment, the door reappeared—this very door! I marked it with a sign, and by Allah, here is that sign, unchanged!

I had thought I would never reach it again. I walked a few short steps and suddenly found my lost animal standing there grazing. I thanked Allah and praised Him, saying: 'Allah has brought my return near and made my journey easy.' Then I turned back to find the door and the place from which I had emerged, but I could no longer see it. Dawn broke, and when I looked around, I saw nothing of what I had witnessed, nor any trace or news of my camel.

And now, here it all is within this Trunk (Ayba)! By the Lord of the Kaaba, there is no doubt! I know that none could possess such power except the God of the heavens and the earth."
