The Evidence of the Name (al-Ism) pointing to its Creator
We now return to what we have established, proceeding in the spirit of Oneness (Tawhid) and spiritual study among the Gnostic believers (al-Arifin). We speak of a miracle whose fragrance spreads when recited and whose scent lingers when scattered. This concerns what He uttered through the tongue of His Divine Greatness and His allusions to His own Essence (al-Ma'nawiyyah), clarifying and declaring His presence to His creation in a form like theirs, yet asserting His distinction (baynunah) from them through the speech of His Name, His Veil, His Prophet, and His Messenger: Muhammad al-Hamd—Glorified be His Might.
In this context, it is necessary to mention something from the words of the Master of Sages, Aristotle—Glorified be his Might—the Sage of the Greeks and the leader of the heralds among the ancient and contemporary philosophers. This is so that our establishment of the "Order of the Monotheists" (Nazm al-Muwahhidun) may be sufficient, healing, and fulfilling of its purpose, accurately conveying the sacred text. This is the ultimate goal for those from whom the "disease" [of doubt] has been removed, encompassing what is mandatory for a believer to fulfill toward his brother in faith.
