I began to look at the Great Mosque of Kufa, missing nothing of it, and I saw a group of the people of Kufa whom I recognized; they greeted me as they would if I were among them. A group of people came and He judged between them, and He prohibited others. Then He said: "Are you certain, O Ammar?" I said: "Yes, O my Lord." Then I looked, and behold, we were back with our army. He then took my hand and returned to the camp.
This was among His proofs and what He manifested at Siffin; thus the report is concluded. It is the tenth of the Siffiniyyat (Siffin reports). What decisive proof or luminous, radiant guidance could be greater or more significant than this evidence for those among the people of the Doctrine (Ahl al-Maqala) who seek the right path?
How, then, could Sinan—may Allah curse him—reject this conclusive proof?
