And it came in The Guidance of the Seeker (Hidayat al-Mustarshid): "If His, the Exalted's, appearance were exactly as the fleshy, bloody eyes looked at Him, the luminous beings would not have seen Him as light while the human sees Him as human; rather, all the worlds would have seen Him in a single modality and a bounded form."

And he, Allah sanctified him, said: "And He is the One who veiled our sights from the core of His Essence, and showed us that which can be encompassed and perceived in a form upon which flows whatever flows upon created beings, while He is contrary to that."

And it came in The Gift of the Choice Ones (Tuhfat al-Akhyar): "When He, the Exalted, manifests Himself in accordance with the attribute of a thing, He is contrary to that thing, and the thing is other than Him."

And Sheikh Yasin Salameh Rab'o, Allah sanctified him, said: "Indeed, the form encompasses the totality of existence, and sight is only restricted from it due to the temperament within it; thus, everyone sees it according to their capacity and the clarity of their primordial essence, while it does not change in reality—rather, that occurs only within the eyes of humans."
