If Allah knew from this creation that they had

Firmness upon His vision and patience

Then He would have manifested to them, but His wisdom

Forgave, so It became a veil that resembles the human

So He became with them like a human

An intimacy for them, while they are mute when

The commentator Sheikh Ibrahim Abd al-Latif, Allah sanctified him, said: "Creation cannot stand firm and have patience upon witnessing the light of the lofty Essence, upon Its manifestation to them in the perfection of luminosity, and if He manifested to them by It, they would have perished and vanished.
