and what we have seen of attributes and descriptions is incident upon the sights, while It is exalted above comprehension and confinement."

And he, Allah sanctified him, said:

Its purity in its manifestation faces its looker

So the image of the looker appears in it

It came in the commentary: "Meaning that due to the intensity of the purity of Its light during the state of Its appearance, the looker at It sees his own image, like the looker into the mirror, as a transcendence and glorification for It above the attributes."

And our Master as-Sadiq, glorified is his glory, was asked about the incident of vision from the looker upon the viewed form? So he said: "The looker looks at the flashing of the light of that form according to his capacity and the expanse of his essence, then the light of his sight meets that viewed light, which prevents him from perception, so the light of the looker's vision returns to him, and he sees nothing except the likeness of his own image according to his capacity, and this cause that is within it is the cause of the universe,
