"And the doctrine of the people of Truth is the divestment of attributes and the affirmation of the existence of the Essence."

Therefore, pointing during worship toward the visible Form is invalid unless you negate whatever your eyes witnessed within that form regarding all human conditions and states. This is because what your eyes perceived within the visible form is not the true reality of the visible Form itself, exactly as Sheikh Kamil Salih Ma‘ruf, Allah sanctified his secret, stated:

"We do not mean by the visible Form that which a person observes within it of spatial confinement, locus, deficiency, increase, or that He is a father, a son, an eater, or a drinker. Verily, this is not the true visible Form, because it possesses no objective reality; rather, it stems entirely from the side of the onlooker, not from the side of the Object looked upon. Whosoever claims that there is anything of these states within Him is like the Nawāṣib (the haters of the Household) and the Shurāt (the Kharijites)."

Conversely, if he maintains regarding the Form that It is the Powerful, Outward manifestation concerning which they said: "Whosoever possesses this power as His power, then that physical form is not His true form,"
