And al-Raddād, Allah sanctified his secret, stated:

“Therefore, toward which of the two does the pointing fall? Is it toward the form cast down for slaying, or toward the new spiritual Station (al-maqām al-jadīd) which is Seth? If he points toward the cast-down form, he has pointed toward darkness—since nothing remained in the hands of creation except their own darkness and the veil of their sins. But if he points toward the speaking Station, and thereafter negates the attribute, he has agreed with us.”

And the Allamah, Sheikh Sulayman al-Ahmad, Allah sanctified his secret, stated:

"Effacement (al-maḥw) according to us is the declaration of transcendence (al-tanzīh)—meaning, the effacement of attributes from the Essence by affirming the divine powers and negating the physical forms."

And he, Allah sanctified his secret, stated:

"The doctrine of the trustworthy, the people of certainty and affirmation, is the negation of names and attributes following the recognition of the Essence through objective existence and affirmation."
