And al-Makedun, Allah sanctified his secret, said in verse:

“I declare the Essence transcendent above any knowledge framed by a boundary,

Even if the eye happens to gaze upon It.

And I divest incapacity and delineation from Him wherever it appears,

In order to affirm the powers He has brought to light.”

And al-Raddād, Allah sanctified his secret, stated:

“And it is impermissible for anyone to be a monotheist except he who declares the oneness of the Prince of the Faithful—the Hairline-Receding and Full, the Outward, the Inward, the Hidden. Whosoever denies Him, doubts Him, points toward a created physical form, attributes to Him any of the human faculties, or imagines that the Essence (al-Ma‘na) addresses him from these physical configurations, is a disbelieving rejector—may Allah curse him and whosoever speaks his word.”

And our Master al-Sadiq, glorified is his glory, said:

“Whosoever denies the visible Form is a nullifier (mubṭil); whosoever anthropomorphizes Him is an associator of partners (mushrik); and whosoever affirms objective existence is a monotheist (muwaḥḥid).”
