And 'creation within the Truth is Truth' means: the manifestation of divine power is real (haqq), because the manifestation of dazzling power removes the physical form."

And in another phrasing:

"'The Truth within creation is creation' because the veil of plain sight (al-‘iyān) prevents clear exposition (al-bayān). And 'creation within the Truth is Truth' because when divine power manifests, the physical form becomes void."

And he also said:

“By what do you recognize Him when the night grows dark?”

“By the effacement of the outline from Him, and by the affirmation of divine decree [al-qadar].”

The Allamah said: "The effacement of the outline (maḥw al-khaṭṭ) means the negation of shape; and decree (al-qadar) means the miracles. The negation of bodily outlines and physical forms, alongside the affirmation of miracles and divine decrees, is the true belief and the truthful statement; because whosoever possesses this power as His power, that physical form is not His form."
