nor ceasing, and it is not decreed upon Him with a movement, and the demonstration upon Him is by His form and His knowledge, and that He is existent with an attribute while He is outside of the attributes, not perceived by anything of them.

And it was narrated from Abu al-Hasan Ali bin Muhammad the poet, raised by the chain of transmission from Jabir bin 'Abd Allah, from him is peace, from our master the Prince of the Believers, majestic is His mention, and he had been asked about the location of the Lord in the hearts of the believers?

So he said: Present, not ceasing, from the secrets of the possessors of minds, He is perceived by knowledge and attributes and is not perceived by limbs and comprehension, the spirit has a witnessing of Him, and the limbs are doubting in Him, and the heart verifies Him and the soul that commands evil denies Him, He is wherever you sought Him, and above what you imagined Him, for He is in His absence the manifestations of His attributes, and the incapacity of His describer, so He is everything even if He manifested, and above even if He hid, and when He drew near He is distant from His describer, and if he weakened He is a strength, thus is Allah the Exalted.
