This indicates two aspects:

One of them is that every "first" of the manifestations of the Meaning (Ma'na) is the "last," and vice-versa; and likewise the manifestations of the Name (Ism) and the Gate (Bab). This is because every person from the worlds of Light, even if he appears in a hundred thousand manifestations, is in reality nothing but one person. In another aspect: the meaning of prioritizing and delaying ranks is to indicate that every rank is considered first to what follows it and last to what precedes it. Following this example, it appears to us through the rising of the lunar stations and planets, their setting, their new moons, and so on.

"And he shall be a mouth for you, and you shall be a god to him." (Book of Exodus)

Resembling that is what appeared in the fourth chapter of the (Book of Exodus), the saying of the Lord to Moses: "And he shall be to you a mouth, and you shall be to him a god."

As we mentioned previously, the name of Divinity was applied to Moses. Moses is none but the Greatest Name and the Most Noble Veil.
