This confirms the obligation of Deception [Makar] against the deceivers among the people of disbelief and misguidance, as indicated by the saying of the Exalted: {And they plotted, and Allah plotted. And Allah is the best of plotters} (Al-Imran 54).

As for that which is not permitted for us to do, nor do we desire it—neither inwardly nor outwardly—it is like adultery, disbelief in Allah and the Prophets and the Revealed Books, killing believers and oppressing them, marriage to the Mahrams [incestuous relations], and eating forbidden things.
