"Believer" by this specific name and no other, because he is praised among all peoples, just as the name of the "Disbeliever" is blamed among all peoples. This also includes the blaming of Iblis and all the Pharaohs and tyrants who are blamed outwardly and inwardly, and the continuous remembrance [Dhikr] of Allah the Exalted by all His manifest Beautiful Names.

As for that which is permitted Verbally, but not Creedally or Volitionally: It is like the praise of the Three Accursed Opposites and their followers and whoever allies with them among the people of disbelief. This is done specifically among their tribes. Also, the verbal affirmation of the incapacity, humanity [Bashariyya], and the fifteen states of the Successors [Awsiya] and all the Worlds of Light—as the people of disbelief and misguidance claim. Additionally, the establishment of these five outward worships—which are Fasting, Prayer, Hajj, Zakah, and Jihad—among the Opposites for the sake of concealment and Taqiyya.

As for that which is permitted Creedally and Volitionally in the heart, but not Verbally among the denying Opposites: It is like the hatred of the enemies of the religion, the disbelieving, mentioned, and ungrateful deniers, and their blame, their insult, and the disassociation [Tabarra] from them in the conscience—not by the tongue; and the blaming of the Other Gender in the conscience—not by the tongue
