The first disobedience that appeared was the egoism of the accursed Iblis
The creation of Iblis from the clay of the fire of the tree. The warning against analogy by Abu Shu'ayb
And on his authority (from him is mercy) that Abu Hanifa entered upon Abu Abd Allah (PBUH), and he said to him: "O Abu Hanifa, it has reached me that you use analogy." He said: "Yes." He said: "Do not use analogy, for the first who used analogy was Iblis when he said: 'You created me from fire and created him from clay.' So he measured what is between fire and clay. If he had measured the Light-nature [Nuriyya] of Adam with the Light-nature of fire, he would have known the merit between the two lights and the purity of one of them over the other."
And he said in another narration: "Do not take your religion except from those who have taken from us a text [Nassan] about us, part from part."
And He (the Exalted) said regarding the meaning of that: {The Most Merciful—so ask of Him [one] informed} (Al-Furqan 59). This confirms that it is absolutely not permissible for us to believe in a saying that does not match their [the Imams'] sayings.
What is intended by the sayings that command their establishment, and then the sayings he rejects
Know, O virtuous brother, that the Heavenly Books command certain things and then forbid them, and vice versa; so too do the Messengers.
