then He commanded them to conceal them from the Opposites according to His saying: {And do not recite [your prayer] too loudly or too quietly} (Al-Isra 110). The People of the Outward have interpreted it in "Tafsir al-Jalalayn" as: do not speak it loudly among the disbelievers and do not hide it among the believers. And it is an interpretation supports our school of thought, because the outward prayer is exposed before everyone, and the fact that its interpretation according to the outward school is incorrect proves that what is intended by it is the inward prayer, which is not permitted to be disclosed. There is no verse mentioning prayer except that what is intended by it are inward persons and manifestations. Allah the Exalted has mandated upon the believers the manifestation of masking (talbis) and plotting against the disbelievers from the time {And they planned, and Allah planned, and Allah is the best of planners} (Ali 'Imran 54).

Allah has commanded the believers to manifest dissimulation (taqiyya) among the Opposites (Azdad), and that they should not mix with them nor eat from the tree of their science which He forbade them from. For this reason, you see that the prophets and messengers have never ceased manifesting masking (talbis) upon them in every dome and manifestation (qubba wa zuhur), just as the disbelievers have never ceased in their rejection, denial, arrogance, and persistence regarding these outward laws and others.
