The reason for the difference in personification

And know that the reason for the variation in Identification [Tashkhis] and Interpretation [Ta’wil] is the variation in the degrees of the seekers, for every seeker has a known degree and station. The Worlds of Light (peace be upon them) used to explain to every seeker according to their degree in knowledge, and they used to explain to the people of misguidance with an ambiguous explanation—this was after their persistence in disbelief, denial, and rejection when the Truth was declared to them. Therefore, the interpretations took on many forms.

In another view: the reasons for the many forms of identification and interpretation are the numerous types of previous Manifestations [Tajalliyat] based on the varying degrees of the Worlds of Holiness over one another. Therefore, the People of Monotheism permit expressing the question according to the types of celestial and earthly manifestations, or according to the ranks of His Holiness (the Exalted), as they witness Him (the Exalted) according to their differing capabilities, and they interpret that according to the human and luminous manifestations.

In the books of Monotheism, there are many witnesses that confirm this.
