The Sheikh Muhammad al-Kalazi (may Allah sanctify him) has excelled and bestowed upon us the knowledge of the meaning of the House and the Hajj through what he provided and established in the book Al-Ta'yid [The Support], by his saying:

"A question regarding the House to which we were commanded to perform Hajj, to strive, and to circumambulate, such as the saying of the Exalted: {And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a way} (Al-Imran 97).

And like His saying: {And [remember] when We made the House a place of return for the people} (Al-Baqarah 125).

And like His saying: {And proclaim to the people the Hajj} (Al-Hajj 27).

And like His saying: {Indeed, the first House established for mankind was that at Bakkah—blessed and a guidance for the worlds} (Al-Imran 96).

And like His saying: {And whoever enters it shall be safe} (Al-Imran 97)."

Why it was named the Sacred House of Allah

The Answer, and with Allah is the success: The House that He urged for and insisted on its obedience, the acknowledgment of its authority [Wilaya], and the striving for its pleasure,
