Meaning: What we have mentioned of correct actions are the Inward [Bāṭin], and their representation is not [merely] outward.

"In truth and sincerity there came to us

Through His inspiration the Revelation"

The Truth and Sincerity is the Authority of the ʿAyn [Wilāyat al-ʿAyn], which is the Authority of the Truth, according to the saying of the Exalted: {That Allah is the Manifest Truth} (An-Nur 25). That is, He is the Evident and Manifest.

And the saying of the Master Messenger (pbuh): "The ʿAyn is Truth just as I am a Messenger of Allah in Truth."

And it is the Truth that I have witnessed and believed in, and through its knowledge, I have distinguished between truth and falsehood.

"And Allah is more Just than to be

Satisfied by an ailing action"

Meaning: The knowledge of this Truth is what satisfies Him (the Exalted), according to His saying: {And I did not create the Jinn and mankind except to worship Me} (Adh-Dhariyat 56).
