Indeed, the believer is always fasting

And Ali bin al-Hakam narrated from Sulayman bin Ja'far bin Ibrahim al-Ja'fari, who said: I entered upon my Master Abu al-Hasan Musa—upon us be his peace—and asked him about matters, and he answered me. Then I stood up to leave, and he said to me: "Do not spoil your fast."

I said: "My Master, I am not fasting."

He said: "The believer is fasting forever. In the State of the Opponent, do not speak of anything you possess until the time of your breaking the fast."

I said: "My Master, when is the time of my breaking the fast?"

He said: "When our Qaim arises."

From our Master, the Scholar—peace be from him—that he said: "Silence in the state of the Taghuts [Tyrants/Uninitiated] is worship."

By the chain to Abu Abd Allah ibn Ghalib al-Kabli, who said: I entered upon my Master Ali bin al-Husayn one day, and he said to me: "O Abu Khalid, a group of your companions are telling people of our secret and broadcasting our science to them."

I said: "My Master, you know them best."

He said: He handed me a ring that was on his hand and said: "Read what is on it."
