The Wayfarer [Ibn al-Sabil]: One who is without provision or expenditure to reach the Hajj. It is a mandate from Allah upon you, O Scholar, to give him his portion from your wealth—which is your knowledge—until he reaches the Hajj and performs the Hajj of Islam.

Ishaq ibn Muhammad said in the book (The Inward of the Mandate [Bāṭin al-Taklīf]) regarding the saying of Allah: {And know that anything you obtain of war booty—then for Allah is one-fifth of it and for the Messenger and for the near relative and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer} (Al-Anfāl 41).

Esoteric explanation of the verse: And know that whatever you take as spoils of war, indeed, to Allah belongs

Esoteric explanation of the verse. And He does not ask you for your wealth

The spoils [Ghanā'im] are the sciences that the Perfect Believer [Al-Mu'min al-Kāmil] benefits from. He must then teach the one who is below him, as well as the Orphans—those who come and [the enemies] block them—and the Needy, who are the weak among the believers; and the Near Relative, who is near to the Gate; and the Wayfarer, those who recognized the Gate, which is the path [Sabīl] of Allah, and the persons of the Five Orphans.

The Zakat from every two hundred hadiths, interpretations, and meanings is five meanings.
