Hereafter what the First said regarding him; and in him, they are disbelievers."

Allah has specified Zakat. If it were merely the payment of a portion of one's wealth as the outward narrations suggest, it would not be prohibited to give it to both the opponent [Mukhālif] and the conformist [Muwāfiq]. As for the opponent, there has come from our masters—as narrated by (Al-Quzmāniyya)—such prohibitions against giving charity to them that are beyond count in their number and severity, even stating that it is like one who commits incest with his mother.
