Meaning: to His knowledge [Gnosis]. If a man knows his Lord, he has reached the end [Finality]. There is nothing more profound before Allah than Unity [Tawhid] and Gnosis. Burdens and shackles were only placed upon the Short-fallers [Muqassira]; as for those who reached and knew these degrees which I explained to you, they have been manumitted from the bondage of servitude, and the shackles, burdens, and the establishment of the Outward have been removed from them. Then he recited: {There is no sin upon those who believe and do righteous deeds for what they have tasted [consumed] if they are mindful [of Allah] and believe and do righteous deeds, then are mindful and believe, then are mindful and do good; and Allah loves the doers of good} (Al-Ma'idah 93). And he read: {There is no sin upon you for entering uninhabited houses wherein there is provision [mata'] for you} (An-Nur 29).

Do you know what the meaning of His saying {provision for you} is? I said: No. He said: It means his elevation in Gnosis and the rising of degrees. And with Allah is success.
