As for the first, it is its occurrence from Allah the Exalted, and it comes in three meanings regarding the one from whom it falls upon:

As for His prayer upon His Name: it is the manifestation in the stations of Tajalli like His station, and that is in the stations we previously mentioned in the chapter of Worship.

And His prayer upon His angels: it is the occurrence of the likeness of His manifest image for the sights during the occultation from the sights of the deniers, such as the occurrence of that upon Hanzala ibn Sa'd al-Shibami and His manifestation to them in the veils of His occultation with the likeness of their own essences.

Prayer is from the ranks of His holiness, and it also comes in three meanings.

And His prayer upon the believer: it is His manifestation to them through His Essence, His Veils, His Gates, and the people of ranks his holiness without change in His essence nor transition from His being, to bring them out from the darknesses of ignorance to the light of the intellect. And that is the meaning of His (the Exalted) saying: {It is He who confers blessing upon you, and His angels, that He may bring you out from the darknesses into the light. And He is ever, to the believers, Merciful} (Al-Ahzab 43). Meaning, the manifestation of the connection within your kind and the manifestation through your form, He and the people of His holy ranks, to remind you of the precedence of the response
