Until his saying: "And the Ahad is the name of the first known day of the days; therefore, the Originator of the Days transcends being named by it. Scrutinize your thought regarding this, for it is a hidden matter."

The people of monotheism (Ahl Al-Tawhid) established that its day is the Name (Al-Ism) and its night is the jewel of the Name.

He (may Allah sanctify him) stated in the Fourth Warning: "The Creator (the Exalted) is One Ahad; One from the aspect of the Name, Ahad from the aspect of the Essence (Dhat)."

Meaning, He—the Exalted—is described from the aspect of the Name. As for the aspect of the Essence, He is Ahad, and no attribute attaches to Him.

Know, O asker, that the Night and the Day attributed to the Ahad (Sunday) were only attributed to Him so that we may know with certainty that the existence of the Worshiped Ahad Meaning—represented by Night and Day—is the Worshiped Ahad and the Witnessed Inward God to whom no attribute attaches and with whom nothing shares in His Essence. This is according to the saying of our Master, the Commander of the Faithful, in his sermon: "I am the Night, I am the Day."
