And regarding: "Who is it that finds Him?" It is the Perfect Man (al-Insan al-Kamil), the virtuous Gnostic whose essence has become pure and whose faculties have reached completion. He knows that He is the Overpowerer above His servants, the one manifest to the Elite and the Common in the regions of His earth and lands, the one who does not disappear for the blink of an eye from all regions with His luminous, visible, Anza'i image—except as He wills—and He makes Himself known to whomever He wills, however He wills. As our Master al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said in describing the People of Certainty (Ashab al-Yaqin): "They see their Master, and they see His Name and His Gate. Neither a towering mountain, nor a high peak, nor a deep sea, nor a surrounding wall veils them from looking at Him; rather, He is before their eyes wherever they wish and desire." Blessed is he whom Allah grants success in that, and woe to him who is deprived of it.
Regarding the question: "Where is He found?" He is wherever any being is, according to the saying of the Exalted: {There is no secret private conversation of three except that He is the fourth of them, nor of five except that He is the sixth of them—and no less than that and no more except that He is with them [wherever they are]} (Al-Mujadilah 7).
