However, among that which he explicitly declared (ṣarraḥa bihi) in statements that contradict this is his saying to Ghaliba bin Ahmad:

"O Ghaliba, I am Allah; there is no deity but I, so worship Me and establish prayer for My remembrance."

And his saying in the Sermon of Lights (Khutbat al-Anwār):

"I am Allah; there is no deity but I."

And his saying:

"I am the Fig; I am the Olive."

And his saying in the Sermon of the Essence (al-Khutba al-Jawhariyya):

"I raised its heaven and I spread its earth."

And his saying in the Sermon of Lights:

"I am the Heaven; I am the Earth."

And like his saying:

"I am the Truthful Promiser; I am the Blaster of Thunder."

Then his saying within it:

"I am the Lightning; I am the Thunder."
