Fornication and the fornicator... Spying... Looking at the faults of the brethren..

And He forbade us from theft and the cutting of the thief’s hand; Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, said:

{[As for] the thief, the male and the female, amputate their hands in recompense for what they committed as a deterrent [punishment] from Allah. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.} (Al-Ma’idah: 38).

And He forbade us from adultery (Zina) and commanded us to flog the adulterer; Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, said: {The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication—flog each of them with a hundred stripes and let not pity for them withhold you from obedience to Allah, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a group of the believers witness their punishment. The adulterer marries not but an adulteress or a polytheist, and the adulteress none marries her except an adulterer or a polytheist, and that has been forbidden to the believers.} (An-Nur: 2-3). And the most Majestic of Speakers said: {And do not approach adultery. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way.} (Al-Isra: 32).
