Regarding Jihad, there is also another aspect: His saying: {Those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give zakat and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong} (Al-Hajj: 41).

And the saying of the Blessed and Exalted: {Indeed, Allah orders justice (Al-'Adl), excellence (Al-Ihsan), and giving to relatives (Dhi al-Qurba), and forbids immorality, bad conduct, and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded} (An-Nahl: 90). This phrasing contains two aspects: one is Inward (Batin) and the other is Outward (Zahir). What we have mentioned thus far is the Outward.

As for its Inward meaning: Justice is the Commander of the Faithful [Ali]; Excellence is Fatima al-Zahra; and The Relative refers to Al-Hasan and Al-Hussein—prayers of Allah be upon them both.

In another aspect, it is reported that Justice is the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&HP) and Excellence is the Commander of the Faithful, while Immorality, Bad Conduct, and Oppression are The First and the Second and the Third. We have found regarding Enjoining what is Right (Al-Amr bi al-Ma‘ruf) and Forbidding what is Wrong (Al-Nahy ‘an al-Munkar) that you must enjoin what is right with your heart, your hand, and your tongue. If you are unable, then with your heart and your tongue; and if you are still unable, then with your heart.
