And We did not make the vision which We showed you except as a trial (Fitna) for the people, and [likewise] the Cursed Tree in the Quran. And We threaten [and warn] them, but it only increases them in great transgression} (Al-Isra: 60).

The trial/tribulation (Fitnah).. The Garden [Paradise].. The leaves of the Garden.. The garment...

The intent of the trial (Fitna) is the obfuscation (Talbis) over them, because He did not name their idols (Jibts), their tyrants (Taghuts), and their corrupt sciences except as a "Cursed Tree," which is established in the Fire. [As a rational proof]: the Fire burns trees, so how could it sprout them?

Furthermore, all that He informed them about regarding what he [the Prophet] saw during the Night Journey (Isra) was entirely an obfuscation (Talbis) over them [the commoners] and an instruction for the believers, based on the evidence of His—the Almighty's—saying: {...and We would have covered them (al-labasna) with that in which they cover themselves} (Al-An'am: 9). The Almighty has informed us about the Tree, the eating from it, the Descent (Al-Hubut), about Iblis, and other such matters.

Similarly, His—the Almighty's—saying in Surah Taha: {So We said, "O Adam, indeed this is an enemy to you and to your wife. Then let him not remove you from Paradise so you would suffer.
