In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful¹

In God I seek support in what I undertake, and I seek refuge from what blemishes, and I seek guidance to what guides. For there is no sanctuary but in Him, no seeking of help but from Him, and no success but from Him. And there is no ultimate return but to Him; upon Him I rely and to Him I turn in repentance, and He is the excellent Helper, the excellent Master, and the excellent Supporter. And there is no power nor strength except in God, the Most High, the Great.

And praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and blessings be upon our Master Muhammad, who was sent with comprehensive speech (Jawami' al-Kalim) and singled out with revelation and inspiration, and upon his progeny, the spheres of the days, and the distinguished scholars.
