You will find the most majestic of sciences in the explanation of its meaning.

For it is a proof (Hujjah) for every confessor

Of the knowledge of the House of Al-Khasibi—how fine an authority!

Ibn Shu’ba narrated it, then embellished it;

He clarified the truth within it and then manifested it.

He established the origin as a confirmation,and its essence

Witnesses from the Book of God we have included within it.

And through the reports of the people of transmission, he fortified it

A sound transmission whose origin is from the People of the House (Ahl al-Bayt).

This—and its writer is the servant of his masters

And the servant of whoever reads it and understands it.

Hussein Ahmed hopes from the one who contemplates it

To gift the sinful offender with his prayer.

For in a good prayer he hopes for relief

From a distress in which the ill omen of his misery has long endured.
