{O Children of Israel, remember My favor which I have bestowed upon you... (up to His saying: ) ...and do not mix the truth with falsehood or conceal the truth while you know [it].} (Al-Baqarah: 40–42).
And He Almighty said in Surat al-Baqarah:
{And who is more unjust than one who conceals a testimony (shahadah) he has from God? And God is not unaware of what you do.} (Al-Baqarah: 140).
Among what was mentioned in the Book of al-Taliqan regarding the Divine Hadiths (al-Aḥādīth al-Qudsiyyah) on the authority of the Master, who said:
"Indeed, the best of my companions to me, the highest in rank, and the nearest in station is the one who attains deep discernment (al-mutafaqqih) in his religion and is sincere in his certainty. And indeed, the most hated of my companions to me and the furthest [from me] is the one who, when he hears a report (khabar) narrated from us and attributed to us, his mind does not accept it, so he denies it and treats whoever brought it as a disbeliever.
