And that He Almighty made His address regarding the fasting of the month so we may infer that the concealment of His secrets is obligated upon us in all existences; just as His Almighty's existence in the month of Ramadan is His existence, Glory be to Him, in all the months. And He struck this example for us with the name of the month of Ramadan so we may infer by it [the same for] the rest of the months, and so its specification with the name applied to the Arabic month may be an obfuscation (Talbisan) upon the persistent people of disbelief and misguidance, and an instruction and discipline for the acknowledging believers.

Just as the Prophet (PBUH) specified the manifestation of the Creator (al-Bari') Almighty to His servants on the night of the middle of Sha'ban by his saying: "Indeed, God manifests to His servants on the night of the middle of Sha'ban from the setting of its sun to the dawning of its light."
