Chapter Ten: The Gnosis of What Has Been Narrated Regarding the Etiquette of Religion.
Continuation of Chapter Ten: The Etiquette of Religion
[57] We have narrated it from The Knower (Al-‘Alim), from His Might (’Izzuhu), that he said: "The etiquette of religion precedes the religion itself."
[58] And He, Mighty is His Might (’Azza ‘Izzuhu), said: "He whose etiquette is good, his return (destination) in the cycles of existence (Al-Karat) shall be good."
[59] And he said, from His Might: "A little knowledge with much etiquette is better than much knowledge without etiquette."
[60] And He, Mighty is His Might, said: "Allah only manifested by His Essence so that He may be approached through His etiquettes."
[61] And He, Mighty is His Might, said: "The knower without etiquette is like a traveler without a means, or like fire without wood, or like the fearful without awe (Rahb)."
