Ithnayn)?' He said: 'The Veil and the Veiled (Al-Hijab wal-Muhtajab).' I said: 'And Tuesday (Al-Thulatha)?' He said: 'The Personification of the [Letter] Fa (Shakhs al-Fa).' I said: 'And Wednesday (Al-Arbi’a)?' He said: 'The First [Letter] Ha (Al-Ha’ al-Awwal).' I said: 'And Thursday (Al-Khamis)?' He said: 'The Second [Letter] Ha (Al-Ha’ al-Thani).' I said: 'And Friday (Al-Jumu’ah)?' He said: 'The call of The Meaning (Al-Ma’na) by Himself unto Himself when He appeared among them and gathered (jama’ahum) them unto Him; thus it was named Jumu’ah.'

It has also been narrated from another perspective that Friday is Fatir, and that the days are attributed to it/her when it is said: 'The days of the week' (Ayyam al-Jumu’ah); and the days are the Line of the Imamate (Satr al-Imamah)."
