forehead while disheveled. It continues to weep until the angels vanish from its sight; that is the sign of the birth of a disbeliever."

Then He, Mighty is His Might, said: "O Mufaddal, the Secret of the Family of Muhammad (Sirr Aal Muhammad) has become manifest to you; and Allah singles out for His mercy whom He wills, and Allah is the Possessor of Great Bounty."

The trustworthy Sheikh, Abu al-Husayn Muhammad ibn ‘Ali al-Jali (may Allah be pleased with him), was asked concerning the soul of the believer when it is transported: where do we go? He answered with this response, saying: "Indeed, when the soul of the believer departs, the angels receive it and bring it to a spring called 'The Fountain of Life' (’Ayn al-Hayat). It remains there until the time of its manifestation, while the temple (Al-Haykal - the physical form) in the womb contains a disbelieving spirit, tormented by excrement and the darkness of the entrails. It remains so until the time of its emergence.
