I said: "So tell me about the circumambulation (tawaf) of the House?" He said: "Indeed, God Almighty appeared there to the people, so they seek Him there until the Day of Resurrection, and they circumambulate around Him and declare His Oneness."

I said: "So tell me about the call to prayer (adhan) before the House?" He said: "The call of the Veil, and in another view, 'the call of the Meaning'."

I said: "So what about the commencement of prayer (iqamah)?" He said: "The call of the Door to the Veil."

I said: "So what about the Imam who leads the people in prayer?" He said: "By God, if the people knew this place, not a single one would have disbelieved in God. And the Imam is the Master, the commander of bees."

I said: "So tell me about the pigeons that fly in the Sacred Precinct?" He said: "They are the believers who leave the Sacred Precinct of God."
