Chapter Six: Gnosis of the Esoteric Aspect of Hajj and its Rituals
God, blessed and exalted, said: "And due to God from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a way. {" (Quran, Surah Al Imran, verse 98) And a Glorious Speaker said: "And proclaim to the people the Hajj; they will come to you on foot."} 1 (Quran, Surah Al-Hajj, verse 27)
[26] And Master the Messenger, may His might be glorified, said: "Perform Hajj before you are unable to perform Hajj."
[27] And we narrated from Al-Asbagh ibn Nubata, who said: I asked Abu al-Haytham Malik ibn al-Tayyihan about the saying of God, blessed and exalted: "And due to God from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a way," from among the believers. He said: "When they reach the knowledge of the Ayn (ع), the Mim (م), and the two Has (ح)."
