knowledge before that and did not reach since you submitted to them from among those we mentioned and named, from the radiant individuals. And ease refers to the doors. And His saying, may He be glorified and exalted:

{"...and does not intend for you hardship."} ¹

This refers to the shackles and burdens and the guardianship of the Imams of misguidance. And our sheikh Abu Abd Allah al-Husayn ibn Hamdan al-Khasibi, may God make his face radiant, mentioned in his treatise about the month, and he said: The month of Ramadan is Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Muttalib, and the fasting of Ramadan is the silence of Abd Allah within it. And that which God made clear in His book in His saying, may He be glorified and exalted:
