The fortunate are My Friends and the people of My obedience, while the misfortunes are My opposites (Adad), and the devils and Pharaohs are My enemies.

And I am Abraham; I settled My creation and chose My Friends and the people of My obedience, purifying them from the doubts of the devils cast into the fire. The fire is a creation among My creations, its derivation is from My Light and My Holiness; and I enlightened the hearts of My Friends through the recognition of Me.

And My Veil is David, for whom I softened iron, and for whom the angels glorified [Me] by My command.

And He is Solomon, to whom I gave a kingdom that belongs to no one after him.

And I am Joseph, the master of the well; and the well is the vast sea of My knowledge—whoever drinks from it lives and never dies.

And My Veil is Moses; He marked My Friends with Gnosis (Ma'rifah) and the return unto Me.

And He is Jesus the Christ.
