Then the Imam said to those who had questioned him: 'Arise and enter the fire!' They replied: 'O our Master, shall we burn in the fire?'

He then said: 'O Yahya, arise and enter the fire.' So Yahya entered it, and when he emerged, his forehead was dripping with sweat.

Our Master [the Imam] then said to them: 'By Allah, you asked about this [same] matter of the one in whose palm the catapult (manjaniq) was placed at the time [of that trial], and he answered you with this [same] answer; and he is Abraham the Friend (Ibrahim al-Khalil).'"

[155] Muhammad ibn Sadaqah narrated, saying: "I entered upon Jabir ibn Yazid (peace be upon him) and complained to him about a man in my neighborhood who was harassing my family.
