‘Ali ibn al-Husayn said to Abu Khalid: 'You are the Trustworthy One (Al-Amin), and you are the Messenger (Al-Rasul) who delivers on behalf of your Imam.'"

[123] And from Al-Hasan ibn 'Ali, from 'Ali ibn 'Uthman, who said: Abu al-Tayyibat (peace be upon him) narrated to me from Al-Sadiq, Mighty is His Might, that he said:

"Abu Khalid al-Kabuli was from 'Kabul-Shan'. He held for the Pure 'Ali ibn al-Husayn the same station that Salman held for the Commander of the Faithful, and the station of Safinah for Al-Hasan, and the station of Rushayd for Al-Husayn. When he arrived from Kabul, he sought permission to enter upon the Lord 'Ali [Zayn al-'Abidin], Mighty is His Might, who said: 'Enter, O Kankar!'

Abu Khalid al-Kabuli said: 'This is a name that none knew but a God! I bear witness that You are You, [You are He]!'"

[124] Muhammad ibn 'Amir narrated to me, saying: Isma'il al-Qummi narrated to me from Muhammad ibn Sadaqah, who said: Muhammad ibn Sinan (peace be upon them) narrated to me from Al-Mufaddal ibn 'Umar (peace be upon him) from Abu 'Abdullah al-Sadiq, Mighty is His Might, that he said:
